Faculty members can refer to the IT expert of their workplace to receive a user and password. In case of lack of access to an expert, they can refer to the accounting system of the university to fill and submit an electronic application for VPN below the paper to receive a username and password through their academic email. After that, they can download and use the software guide to have access to their profile.

Centers that have access to the management of users of the university include: 1) school of medicine, 2) school of pharmacy, 3) school of nursing and midwifery, 4) school of paramedicine, 5) school of health, 6) vice-chancellor for health, 7) healthcare center of Kermanshah, 8) Farabi Hospital, 9) Imam Reza Hospital, 10) Motazedi Hospital, 11) Comprehensive Center

It is notable that non-academic emails will not be responded due to authentication of faculty members through their academic email and observing security issues. In case of lack of receiving your academic email, please complete and submit the electronic academic email request form. The academic email will be created one week later and after validation.
